With over 20 years of experience in the fields of marketing and business development across a spectrum which includes banking, financial services, construction, education and training, Jaishima is a Business Consultant with interest in private sector development, corporate governance and developmental economics.

Obtaining a Masters of Science degree in Marketing from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business at the University of the West Indies, Jai has facilitated and delivered several workshops on strategic planning, managing organisational change, team building, marketing management, talent management and branding. Jai also holds an Advanced Certificate in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and has been exposed to training from the Balanced Scorecard Institute.

Jai has authored several business articles on topics such as governance, marketing, strategy, human development and family business. He has also taught undergraduate programs for Roytec, Trinidad, the University of New Brunswick and lectured on strategic planning at the MBA level for the Australian Institute of Business.
